Our MEC plan is available for enrollment during the first 30 days of employment or during the company-wide enrollment period. This plan contains the Preventive and Wellness Benefits required by ACA and provides 100% coverage for 63 preventive services including 15 tests for adults, 23 tests for women and 26 tests for children. It is affordable and many times will be cheaper than paying the ACA fine for not having any healthcare coverage.
These standalone plans are available for enrollment during the first 30 days of employment or during the company-wide enrollment period. All of our medical plans include $10,000 of life insurance. The standalone life insurance offers $20,000 of life insurance.
Our MEC plus plan not only contains the Preventive and Wellness Benefits required by ACA, but it also covers strategically selected medical benefits, including affordable copays for outpatient services such as doctor's office visits, emergency treatments, diagnostics, x-ray, prescription drug coverage and more.
Our MVP plan is a fully compliant ACA bronze plan. It is a high deductible plan with no lifetime maximum. It includes the Preventive and Wellness Benefits of the first two offerings, but also covers inpatient and outpatient surgeries and inpatient hospital.
Don't wait to get paid. Employees are paid on a weekly basis. Payroll can be directly deposited into a bank account or a debit card payment is available.
