About Pro Resources

Our founders launched the firm after spending 30 years as human resources executives. By learning the staffing industry from a client perspective, they gained an insider’s understanding of the true needs of employers. As a result, we are better able to provide staffing services to Indiana businesses.

We focus on total employment packages to address short-term and long-term staffing, direct hire, and recruiting requirements as well as providing consulting services in the light industrial, technical and professional/clerical fields. For job seekers, we offer temporary, and temp-to-hire jobs and professional recruitment with some of Indiana’s top employers.
