Leadership Team

Bill was born and raised in the Fort Wayne area. After working his way through Indiana University, he began his professional career in human resources at BF Goodrich in Fort Wayne. He worked for Goodrich at four locations in Indiana, Pennsylvania and Ohio. After obtaining his MBA from Ohio University, he moved back to Pennsylvania to work with a large textile firm, eventually becoming their Vice President of Human Resources in New York City. In the late 80’s Bill and his wife Linda moved back home to Indiana to work in the staffing business.

His years as a Human Resources executive gave him the expertise to understand the complexities of hiring and retaining top employees. Pro Resources has grown over 30 years from a single location in Fort Wayne with three employees to a nationally known staffing firm with 16 locations in Indiana and one hundred employees. He is very proud that Pro Resources provides services to hundreds of Indiana companies and employment to over ten thousand people each year.

Bill enjoys traveling, golfing and especially his time with his grandchildren.

Brent grew up with Pro Resources, from sorting paychecks in the mid-90s to helping with technical assistance in the early 2000s. After graduating from Purdue University in West Lafayette, he moved to San Diego to work for a technology-based light-gauge steel framing company. After four years in San Diego and getting married, he was ready to start a family and decided to move back to Fort Wayne and Pro Resources.

He was with Pro Resources at the start of the great recession. At the same time they were switching staffing software. With his technical expertise, and a strong executive team, Pro Resources was able to come out of their largest revenue downturn, reaching 260% growth over the next five years.

In his spare time, Brent enjoys spending time with his beautiful wife and three children.  He also enjoys playing golf and loves corporate outings.

Billy is responsible for overseeing the sales team, providing leadership and direction for all personnel, production and operational aspects of this division. He began his career with Pro Resources while in high school and continued to work in multiple roles throughout college.
After college, he worked in sales and management in the hospitality industry for several years before returning to Pro Resources in 2011 as a Regional Marketing Manager. In 2013 he was promoted to his current position.

Billy is passionate about his job and enjoys working with his team on a daily basis. He is dedicated to building strong business relationships with our partners by working with them to understand their needs and provide innovative solutions.

Billy is a graduate of Indiana University. When he is not working he enjoys golfing, watching all sports and spending time with his family.

Angelia joined Pro Resources in 2012 as the Controller. She graduated from Indiana University, Fort Wayne with a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting. She has over 20 years of accounting and payroll experience including financial statement preparation and analysis, monthly and quarterly tax preparation, accounting department management including payroll and benefits, and working closely with the management team. She is a results-driven, self-motivated and resourceful financial controller with a proven ability to provide key financial data, support, and reporting to assist in key business decisions. She has streamlined the accounting and payroll processes, is deeply involved with the day to day operations, has been involved in moving the company from a fully-insured to a self-insured medical plan, and has helped to reduce costs across the company.

Angelia has earned the respect of her team by engaging them, providing direction, and supporting every team member in their individual roles. She is passionate about her work and loves what she does.

Outside of work, she enjoys swimming, taking long walks, bike riding, traveling and dancing. She has been a member of a bowling league since 1996 and enjoys participating in state & national bowling tournaments.

Denise joined Pro Resources in 2003, with a background in volunteer recruitment, training, and education. She has worked at various levels within our organization, working her way up through the ranks and was promoted to Regional Manager in 2008. Her dedication to authenticity in service on all levels has allowed her to forge strong and lasting partnerships with customers and employees alike.

A proactive and strategic thinker, Denise works closely with her customers to maintain staffing and recruitment models that work for their specific organizations. She is currently responsible for the management and profitability of our Elkhart, Goshen, and Plymouth offices in Indiana as well as the team of Recruitment Specialists who make up our Pro Resources Professional division. Denise is a Certified Staffing Professional through the American Staffing Association, a member of the Kosciusko County Human Resources Association, and a member of the Michiana Human Resources Association.

In her free time, Denise enjoys spending time with her family, exploring the outdoors, baking, writing, and doing what she can to make other people smile. She is crazy about autumn as it brings the opportunities to enjoy fuzzy sweaters, cozy fires, and football!

Originally joining the Pro Resources team in 2004, Heather has 13+ years of experience focused on human resources, customer service, leadership, training and development, and employee relations. Her passion for the staffing industry and leadership characteristics have allowed her to build lasting relationships with customers, colleagues, and associates. In her current role, Heather is responsible for the operational management of our Angola, Auburn, and Kendallville branches in Indiana, as well as a strategic partnership in Oelwein, Iowa. She leads a team of tenured professionals and is a highly effective mentor to our newer team members, establishing a strong foundation for customer engagement and staffing innovation. Heather’s warm personality provides positive support and a degree of comfort to her staffing team, which fosters creativity and teamwork. Heather is a poised and professional manager, committed to quality and integrity above all else. Heather is a Certified Staffing Professional through the American Staffing Association and a member of Northeastern Indiana Human Resources Association.

When she is not plugging away at work, Heather enjoys cheering on her daughters at dance competitions, pursuing her passion of photography, or spending time with her family and friends.

Angie joined Pro Resources in 2000 and has since positioned herself as an industry expert in her role as Regional Marketing Manager for our northernmost offices. With more than 25+ years of successful sales and business development experience, Angie has been able to foster strong and lasting relationships with hiring managers, C-suite executives, our internal staff, as well as candidates for placement.

Angie possesses an energetic approach and has a passion for collaboration and honesty in meeting customer demands. Over the years, she has been the recipient of several awards within our organization for top performance on our sales team, and continues to set the bar high with her commitment to bringing great value to our customers. Angie listens to hiring managers and develops a recruitment plan and service agreement that meets each customer’s specific needs. She is involved with multiple Human Resources organizations and prides herself in her ability to network, learn, and provide a knowledge and experience-based consultative approach to staffing.

Angie has an educational background in Interior Design. Perhaps this is why it’s common to find Angie making the world a little more beautiful, one positive interaction at a time.

When Angie isn’t busy providing customers with strategic staffing solutions, she can be found gardening and enjoying time at her lake home. Angie loves to travel and make memories with her dearest friends and family.

Tonia joined Pro Resources in January of 2014 as a Technical Recruiter. In 2017, Tonia joined the Pro Resources sales team as a Regional Marketing Manager. Tonia has a Masters Degree from Indiana University-Fort Wayne in Public Administration. She holds a Bachelor Degree in both psychology and criminal justice, as well.

Tonia has over 15 years in the workforce development and staffing industry. She is responsible for acquiring and growing new business, as well as continuing to foster long-term relationships with current customers. Tonia has created loyal customer relationships through her professionalism and honesty. She is passionate about her work and enjoys what she does. Tonia is a member of the Northeast Indiana Human Resources Association, North Central Indiana SHRM, and a member of area Chamber of Commerce committees throughout Northern Indiana.

Outside of work, Tonia enjoys friends and family, spending time at the lake and traveling.

Adam joined the Pro Resources family in 2013 and specializes in safety awareness, loss management and risk reduction. Adam brings over 12+ years of experience in industrial manufacturing safety and prevention; his mechanical engineering degree gives him an analytical/problem solving approach to the various industries Pro Resources serves.

Adam has helped Pro Resources develop a comprehensive safety and risk reduction program while also developing outreach tools and processes to share with customers. He thrives on building relationships with clients and driving continuous improvement project. He believes that creating and maintaining a safe work environment is guaranteed to increase productivity, reduce turnover and improve overall morale within a company.

In his free time, he enjoys playing the keys, spending time with his family, friends and horsing around with his pitbull.
